Land Development

Our Firm through its Land Acquisition department offers a variety of buildable sites at various levels within the development process. Most sites are sold in bulk to end users or developers.

The Land Acquisition department is always interested in considering new purchases within our market. Vacant land can also be purchased and held in inventory and sold back to users to fit a specific timetable or need of the buyer.

The Firm currently holds sites throughout the Fox Valley suited for residential, single family homes, retail commercial sites along Randall Road and Kirk Road, and industrial sites suited for smaller industrial users. Individual offices and/or retail sites are also available throughout the valley.
